Linkfully · IoT data platform

An IoT data ingestion platform that speaks your devices' language

Your devices already talk. Linkfully captures what they say over HTTP, MQTT, OPC UA and SQL, stores it securely, and hands it back over a single API. No gateway middleware to assemble, no per-message meter, no dashboard to build from scratch.

Protocol-agnostic

Devices speak their native protocol straight to the platform: HTTP, MQTT, OPC UA for industrial controllers, and the SQL wire protocol for kit that only knows how to run an INSERT. No translation layer to build and maintain in between.

Per-site pricing, no surprises

A flat monthly fee per site. No per-message charges, no bandwidth bills, no egress fees. Free tier to start, then mix and match site sizes as you grow. Costs you can predict before the invoice arrives.

Cloud or on-premise

Run it hosted by us, multi-tenant, with nothing to maintain. Or run it on your own network next to the devices, for low latency and to keep working through an internet outage. Same platform either way.

How it works

From device to decision, in one path

A device sends a message. Linkfully captures it, secures it, and keeps it ready to read. Everything you build on top, dashboards, alarms, production wall screens, reads from data that is already captured, so it is quick to stand up.

Three-column architecture diagram: device and data sources (OPC UA, MQTT, HTTP, SQL) feed the Linkfully server, which ingests, processes and securely captures the data and runs in the cloud or on-premise, then sends it to apps and outputs such as dashboards, alarms and andon wall screens
One stream source counts as one device. Dashboards and wall screens are outputs, not devices, so they do not count against your site limits.

Optional Edge Agent

For cloud deployments, a small on-site agent bridges your OPC UA devices out over an outbound HTTPS connection, so there are no inbound firewall rules to open. It buffers locally during an internet outage and sends the backlog once the link is back.

Using the data

Capture once, use it many ways

Real-time streaming

Subscribe to live messages over NATS for dashboards and screens that update as data lands.

Historical queries

Read back over a secure HTTP API by site, device and time range. Export to CSV or NDJSON for analysis.

Scoped data-access tokens

Hand external tools a revocable, scoped credential rather than a master key. Turn it off when the integration ends.

Bolt-on apps

The platform captures raw data; domain-specific logic such as alarms, andon screens and energy analytics runs as a separate app that reads it. The data being captured already is what makes those quick to build.

Where it fits

Built for multi-site operations

Industrial laundries

Production counts, power and water metering across machines and sites, in one place rather than one report per machine.

Hotels and estates

HVAC, chiller plant, lifts, hot-water circulation and building power, captured from the kit already on site.

Theme parks, attractions and resorts

Ride status, queue and zone monitoring, visitor occupancy and power draw by area, streamed to the screens operators actually watch across a multi-site estate.

Manufacturing

Production monitoring straight off PLCs over OPC UA, with the data in one place for the whole site.

Example dashboards

See it running on live demo data

Three example dashboards, each from a different sector. The data is simulated, but it streams through Linkfully exactly as a live feed would. Your processes and your data are unique to your business, so the view is built around them, however you need it shown.

Common questions

Protocols, deployment, data and pricing.

Protocols and connectivity

Which protocols can my devices use?

HTTP, MQTT, OPC UA, and the SQL wire protocol (PostgreSQL and MS SQL). Devices connect using whichever they already speak. There is no gateway middleware to build or maintain in between.

How does OPC UA work if my controllers are behind a firewall?

For cloud deployments, an optional on-site Edge Agent reads your OPC UA devices locally and forwards the data out over an outbound HTTPS connection. There are no inbound firewall rules to open. The agent buffers locally during an internet outage and sends the backlog once the connection returns.

What counts as a device?

One stream source counts as one device. Dashboards, wall screens and other outputs read captured data rather than sending it, so they are not devices and do not count against a site's device limit.

Deployment

Can I run Linkfully on my own network?

Yes. It runs hosted by us in the cloud, multi-tenant, with nothing for you to maintain. Or it runs on-premise on your own network next to the devices, for low latency and to keep operating through an internet outage. The platform is the same in both.

When does on-premise make sense?

When latency matters, when the data should not leave your network, or when the site has to keep working independently of its internet connection. If none of those apply, the hosted cloud option is less for you to run.

Data access and retention

How do I get my data back out?

Two ways. Subscribe to live messages over a real-time NATS stream for dashboards and screens, or query history over a secure HTTP API by site, device and time range. History exports to CSV or NDJSON for analysis.

How long is data kept?

Raw messages are retained for 24 hours, which covers real-time use and short look-backs. Usage figures are aggregated and kept much longer for analytics. For longer-term message history, a storage bolt-on archives beyond the 24-hour raw window.

Pricing and access

How much does it cost?

Per-site pricing from £39 a month, with a free tier for evaluation. No per-message charges and no egress fees. You choose a site size by device count and message volume, and you can mix sizes across your sites. The current tiers and limits are on linkfully.cloud.

How do I get access?

Access is currently by invitation while early users are onboarded. Request access using the contact form below, and explore the platform at linkfully.cloud. Self-serve signup will open later.
